In
Concert Square
there is a bar on every corner
Each
one ready to offer you cheap drinks with a smile
And
the cocktail list is endless
Leave
you in a mess
On
one side there is a tramp holding a whisky jar
Drinkers
walk past him as though he is not really there
He
asks for little change for some tea
This
wasn’t to be…
Could
be me
Concert
Square is such a sight both day and night
There
people argue and maybe fight
I
watch, and meanwhile back
In
Concert Square
there are some ladies wearing high heels
Linking
arms struggling to walk down the cobbles
Dressing
up and putting on fake tan
They
look like a man
Concert
Square is such a sight both day and night
There
people argue and maybe fight
I
watch, and meanwhile back
There
are some lads dressed up as superman for a stag do
And
catching eyes of all the girls that go on by
Looking
good and chat up lines worth a try
Girls
all say goodbye
At
one end of the square the local police are on standby
Trying
not to stand out in fluorescent jackets
Then
the tramp stands straight up and shouts
The
girls that pass by
Start
to cry
Concert
Square is such a sight both day and night
There
people argue and maybe fight
I
watch, and meanwhile back
Concert
Square is such a sight both day and night
There
people argue and maybe fight
Concert
Square
